Buddy is a senior cockatiel (about 15 years old) who came to the sanctuary when all his former friends passed away. He's a very good-natured, happy cockatiel, and he's hoping to finally find his forever home. Buddy is a talented, vocal little guy who can whistle tunes and talk!
