Phoebe is a female African ringneck. She's still getting used to all the people and birds at the sanctuary, and she likes to sit quietly and observe everything going on around her. Phoebe is a sweet little bird who just needs a little patience and understanding. She'd love to find her perfect forever home with her new best friend.
