Sam is a Maximillian Pionus. We don't see many of these birds because they're so cool! Sam is still getting used to being here and is still a little upset about it, but we're sure he'll be a sweet, docile pionus again in no time. Pionus parrots are very quiet and low-maintenance, and Sam needs someone who can spend some time getting to know him and just hanging out. Come meet him to see if you could be that person.
