Willy is a hybrid Catalina macaw. Willy keeps the sanctuary volunteers on their toes as he can escape from his cage very quickly when his food and water dishes are removed. Willy is a clever, engaging bird who--like a lot of parrots--loves to be the center of attention. Willy waves a lot (see picture at left) and will be happy to show off all his tricks for you.
