Surrender a Bird

If you have a bird you can no longer care for, Fine Feathered Friends can help. We understand that surrendering your bird is a very difficult decision, but you can rest assured that your bird will be in a safe place until we can find the perfect forever home for your feathered friend.

Please fill out the Donor Agreement and Questionnaire (Word or PDF) and mail it to us or bring it with you at the time of surrender (we will not accept Donor Agreements by email). The more information you can give us, the easier it will be for us to find the perfect match for your bird!

At the current time, we have a waiting list before we can accept cockatoos. If you have a cockatoo you know you can no longer care for, please contact us to start this process. Thank you!
