Weaning food

• 8 oz. Silken tofu
• 2 eggs (scrambled)
• Mixed fozen vegatables
• Frozen corn
• Cooked brown rice
• Cooked barley
• cooked kidney beans
• chick peas
• cow peas
• canary beans
• lentils
• corn bread

Mix tofu in with scrambled eggs and beat mixture till almost smooth and micorwave until it becomes a soufflet. Use a fork or whisk to break it up and add it to the following mixed vegetables with extra corn, cooked brown rice, cooked barley, cooked kidney beans, chick peas, cow peas, canary beans and lentils. Top it off with corn bread and your babies will be huge, fat and happy!
