Lucy

Lucy is a greenwing macaw, who is assumed to be a female. Her previous owner did not know her age or gender, but we do know she would be at least 20.

Lucy is strong willed, but still a little nervous, and does have some behaviors that will take time to work through. She will come out of her cage as soon as the door is open, but will only step up for people who are confident with navigating macaw behaviors.

She would do best with a person with large bird experience to show her lots of love and patience. With some persistence and time, she has potential to be an extremely sweet girl! She enjoys her beak rubs (through the cage bars) and is a HUGE foody!
